President’s Cup

Sunday, November 6th at the SportsQuest Complex in Midlothian, VA, the Augusta FC U16 Boys Red captured the 2011 VYSA President’s Cup Title with a hard-fought 2-0 win over the Fauquier County Soccer Club, qualifying them for the regional tournament in May in New Hampshire. In addition to the President’s Cup, they have already secured at least a share of their sixth consecutive Skyline League Premier Championship with an 8-0 league record with two games left to play.

Team members are Lakota Armstrong, Caleb Baxter, Liam Benbow, Trenton Burdick, Brendan Dodson, John Dukes, Connor Henderson, Ryan Kyler, Ulises Lopez, Orion McLawhorne, Teagan O’Brien, Jonathan Powell, Beau Robacker, Sean Roberts, and Zach Sauder. Haas Kyler is the head coach and he is assisted by Mike Baxter and Kurtis Sauder.
