Volunteers
We need your help! It takes many volunteers willing to commit their time and talents to make our club run successfully. We have seen a tremendous amount of growth in the last several years as well as experiencing our normal turn over of volunteers. Here is a listing of current volunteer opportunities within the club:

Voting Positions
We are currently seeking four new board members to fill newly created regional parent representative positions. Details can be found here. We also have one of our two at-large positions open. The at-large seats are open to anyone in the community who wishes to serve and help the club fulfill its mission to the soccer community. Programs Committee
Voting Position
We are currently looking to fill one voting position on the newly formed programs committee. The committee is charged with overseeing the development and day-to-day management of all Augusta FC programs. The club is interested in volunteers who have direct experience playing and/or managing youth and adult soccer programs. Committee members do not have to take on specific responsibilities, but are expected to be willing to develop a firm understanding of the club and its mission and apply those principals to the management of the club's programs. Members are expected to attend the monthly committee meetings.
Communications Director
Executive Board – Non-voting Position
This person is a member of the executive board and is responsible for overseeing advertising & marketing. The focus of this position for the near future will be to help establish sponsor programs at every level of the organization as well as help prepare the club to embark on a capital campaign for new fields development. This person will also work closely with the club administrator, president and web administrator to ensure a consistent approach to all web, email and print material. This position may require an hour or more each week to get going.
Web Administrator
Executive Board – Non-voting Position
This person is responsible for all aspects of the club's web site. The current focus of this position is to benchmark and redesign the current front-end of the site in conjunction with board members and the site designers. This position may require several hours each week to get through the redesign and then a few hours per month on an ongoing basis. The club is looking for an individual with specific knowledge and experience in both web design and maintenance.

Registration:
Help with flyer and sign distribution.
Referees:
New volunteers to take certification courses and fill in our ranks (see the referee page under “Get Involved” on this site).
Head & Asst. Coaches:
New volunteers to take education courses and fill in our coaching ranks (See the coaches page under “Get Involved” on this site).
Team Managers:
To help our coaches manage their teams at both the rec and travel levels.
